Available Storage

Developing a new website to drive in more leads for local storage business in Nottingham

  • 1.4k Impressions in the first 30 days
  • 50% Increase in leads

Who they are

Available Storage are a self-storage company based in Nottingham, near Junction 26. They cater to both personal and business clients, offering secure storage for their items, which is easily accessible when they should require the items again.

What the issue was

The business had an existing website, but it was struggling to drive in meaningful numbers of leads. The website itself wasn’t responsive, and links within it were frequently broken. It also failed to provide the information that customers required, meaning that the business wasn’t shown off to its fullest extent. The combination of these issues meant that the few leads that the business had weren’t converting into sales.

How we helped

Working with Available Storage, we designed and developed a new website for them to help resolve their issues. Firstly, we researched and compared them against their local competition and what they offered on their websites, then focused on designing Available Storage’s new website so that they were placed more competitively within the market.

One of the key issues with their existing website was the poor structure – therefore we restructured it to notably improve the customer journey, allowing users to easily access the information that they require. The structure and style of the website was designed based on the existing colour and brand guidelines, allowing a seamless and consistent brand identity throughout. The website was made fully responsive so that customers could access it on any device, and the website was optimised for SEO throughout.

What happened next

The first 30 days after launch saw over 1.4k impressions, and a 50% increase in leads. Whilst it’s still early days for the new website, these are very positive initial stats and will contribute to the growth of Available Storage’s business.

“It was great to work with this local business on their website – hopefully the work that we have done will contribute to their ongoing success.”
